The full address and the tax status certificate are provided to the competent authorities, and to the platforms ConexiaChat integrates with, whenever they require them for verification.

2. Purpose

ConexiaChat is an omnichannel customer support SaaS platform that lets businesses receive and answer their customers' WhatsApp messages from a single panel, send them notifications such as appointment confirmations, and see their Shopify order data next to the conversation. The service is intended exclusively for businesses and merchants.

ConexiaChat acts as a technology provider. Each client business keeps ownership of its WhatsApp Business account, its numbers and its conversations with its own customers, and decides what messages are sent and to whom.

The ConexiaChat brand, its logo, the design of this site and the platform software belong to the owner. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. They are mentioned solely to describe the service's integrations and imply no association, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.

5. Privacy and terms of use

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice, and use of the platform by the Terms of Service. To request data deletion, see the deletion instructions.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, unless applicable law provides for a different venue.
