What is Revie, and what is it built for?
Revie describes itself as "Reviews and Marketing for eCommerce on WhatsApp": review requests, segmented campaigns, abandoned cart, winback and an AI chatbot called Lia.
Its headline and pitch revolve around reviews: requesting them over WhatsApp, collecting photos and videos and displaying them in your store. On top of that it adds marketing flows (abandoned cart from the Pro plan, winback, post-purchase), campaigns to Shopify segments and an AI agent. Besides Shopify, it integrates with Tiendanube and VTEX.
How do Revie and ConexiaChat differ?

A jewelry merchant on Revie Plus walked us through their account: the flows work, but they "never use" the app's chat, and customers who pay at OXXO or by bank transfer send their receipt to a different number.
